About the ART Foundation
Every great movement begins with a simple, powerful truth. For the ART Foundation, that truth is this: every person—young or old, male or female—was created by God with purpose, creativity, and divine potential waiting to be unlocked.
Founded in 2004 and established in 2011 in the vibrant city of Las Vegas, Nevada, the ART (Acknowledge Real Truth) Foundation was born out of a vision from Lucky Chen, a local artist and author whose heart burns for God and for people. Lucky saw more than a need—he saw a calling: a calling to awaken a generation to their God-given gifts, to nurture creativity through faith, and to help men, women, and children grow into productive, purpose-driven individuals who impact their world for the glory of God.
At its core, ART Foundation is more than an organization—it’s a movement. It’s a gathering place for dreamers, doers, and believers who long to use their talents for something bigger than themselves. We believe every brushstroke, lyric, design, word, or invention has the potential to tell the story of God’s goodness. And when those gifts are used with love, excellence, and truth, they can change hearts, transform communities, and shape culture.
