My Declaration of Faith:

Today, I choose to rest in the gift of peace that Jesus has given me. The world may offer temporary relief, but His peace—His shalom—goes so much deeper. It’s not just the absence of stress or worry; it is wholeness, safety, health, contentment, and fullness of life.

Jesus said, “Peace I leave with you; My peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” (John 14:27) When I keep my mind stayed on Him, He promises to hold me steady: “You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in You.” (Isaiah 26:3)

I don’t have to live weighed down by stress, fear, or anxiety. Instead, I can picture my life wrapped in the completeness and soundness of His shalom, filled with health, joy, energy, and strength. His peace guards my mind, calms my heart, and anchors my soul.

Prayer for Today:

Lord Jesus, thank You for the gift of Your perfect peace. Help me to fix my thoughts on You, trusting that You hold my life securely. Calm every anxious thought, still every storm within me, and let Your shalom overflow into my health, my relationships, and my walk with You. Today, I choose to rest in You. Amen.
