He Satisfies Me With Long Life
My Declaration of Faith:
Psalm 91 reminds me of God’s promise: “With long life I will satisfy him, and show him My salvation” (Psalm 91:16). That means it is God’s will for me to live not just a long life, but a good, healthy, and satisfying one.
Even if I’m facing challenges in my body today, I choose to hold fast to His Word. Healing, strength, and wholeness are mine in Christ Jesus. I see myself strong, healthy, and full of life. I am ready to face whatever comes my way.
The story of Caleb inspires me. At eighty-five years old, he declared, “As yet I am as strong this day as on the day that Moses sent me… now therefore, give me this mountain” (Joshua 14:11–12). Caleb didn’t just live long; he lived strong. His youth, vigor, and strength did not fade because he kept his eyes on the promises of God.
That same promise is mine today. My life will not just be about the number of years but about the quality of those years. God renews my strength like the eagle’s, and my body, mind, and spirit are sustained by His power.
So today, I declare that I will live long, healthy, and satisfied in Christ. My strength will not diminish, my fruitfulness will not fade, and my joy will overflow. My life will glorify God all the way to the end.
Prayer for Today:
Father, thank You for Your promise of long life and lasting strength. Just like Caleb, I set my eyes on Your Word and not on my limitations. Renew my youth daily, keep me strong in spirit, soul, and body, and let my years be filled with fruitfulness and joy. I receive this promise of a long, satisfied life by faith. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
