My Declaration of Faith:

Today, I remind myself that Jesus is not only my Savior but also my solution. He doesn’t get caught up in blame, fear, or regret, as He goes straight to the answer. When others may try to point fingers or when my own mind replays the “what ifs” and “should haves,” Jesus steps in with grace, healing, and restoration.

I love how He responded to the man born blind. The disciples were stuck on the question of why, but Jesus was focused on what God could do. He said, “Neither this man nor his parents sinned, but that the works of God should be revealed in him” (John 9:3). That same truth applies to me today, because my life is a place where God’s works can be revealed.

So I choose not to live in guilt or shame over the past. Instead, I fix my eyes on the One who bore my sins, carried my pain, and brought me peace. As Isaiah 53:5 declares, “By His stripes I am healed.” My solution is not in my strength, my efforts, or my understanding. It is in Jesus Christ, who loves me and is always working for my good.

Prayer for Today:

Lord Jesus, thank You for being my solution in every area of my life. When I’m tempted to look back with regret or get caught up in questions I can’t answer, help me to look to You instead. Reveal Your works in me today: in my body, in my mind, and in my spirit. I rest in Your finished work on the cross and receive the miracle You want to bring forth in me. Amen.
