My Declaration of Faith:
Like David, I choose to be careful about the voices I allow into my life. His own father overlooked him. His brother mocked him. King Saul doubted him. Yet David refused to let rejection or discouragement define him, and he held on to what God had spoken over his life. I remind myself today: I am not defined by people’s opinions, but by God’s promises.
“The LORD will perfect that which concerns me.”
Psalm 138:8
An average person has around 60,000 thoughts per day, with a significant portion of those being worries or repetitive negative thoughts, and some research suggests an average person might experience around 34 unique worries per day. Excessive worrying can significantly impact a person’s mental and physical health by triggering the body’s stress response, leading to symptoms like increased heart rate, muscle tension, difficulty sleeping, headaches, digestive issues, a weakened immune system, and even impacting cognitive function, potentially contributing to anxiety and depression if left unmanaged; essentially, chronic worry can disrupt daily life and overall well-being.

Are you unsure if you’re truly following God? Do you wonder whether you’re fully serving Him? Jesus gave us a way to know for sure. He said, “He who is not with Me is against Me.” (Matthew 12:30) To be with Jesus means to follow Him wholeheartedly as His disciple. But how do we do that? Jesus also said, “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed.” (John 8:31) This means that His Word should be at the center of your life. It’s not just something you hear once in a while—it’s something you meditate on daily.
“The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make
his face shine on you and be gracious to you;
the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.”
Numbers 6:24-26
When disasters strike—earthquakes, tornadoes, pandemics—or when we experience the loss of a loved one, some people believe God is behind it. They think He causes suffering to punish people. But this is one of the biggest lies Satan wants people to believe. Jesus warned us about Satan’s true nature when He said, “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full” (John 10:10). Satan wants to shift the blame onto God, but God’s heart is the complete opposite of destruction.
“Now may He who supplies seed to the sower, and bread for
food, supply and multiply the seed you have sown and increase
the fruits of your righteousness,”

You may wonder, When will I ever live in prosperity? You may have read all the prosperity books and sat through all the teachings on prosperity and abundance. But you still are in the same financial predicament that you were in before. Is the word of God without effect? Of course not. Though there are a lot of books and teachings out there on becoming prosperous, God’s word holds true to one principle.
“Remember not the former things, nor consider the things of old.
Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it?”
Isaiah 43: 18-19
Today, you could be facing a dead-end road. A failed marriage. A broken relationship. A health issue. A troubled child. A red ticket from your job. A failed business or investment. You are wondering how you can push it through. The weight of your past, failures, and disappointments doesn’t add up to seeing a better future for yourself. You just want to quit, or maybe you already have and don’t have the will to start over again.

Sometimes I find myself wondering if I’m truly enough, if I’ve done enough, obeyed enough, or measured up enough for God to really love me. At times, I’ve carried the weight of condemnation, feeling like I could never quite reach His standard. And if love from an earthly father was absent or painful, it can make it even harder to picture God as a tender, caring Father.
My Declaration of Faith:
Today I remind myself that faithfulness doesn’t always show up in the big, flashy moments, but it’s often proven in the small, quiet choices. When I choose kindness over irritation, patience over pride, or humility over recognition, I am showing God that He can trust me. The little things matter because they reveal the heart behind my actions.

In Christ, I am not bound, but I am free. Nothing can hold me back from the plans and purposes of God for my life. I am a barrier breaker, a line crosser, and a record setter because the Spirit of the Lord lives in me. Breakthrough is not just a hope for me, it’s my reality in Jesus.

I believe God’s desire for me is not just to live long, but to live well. His Word promises, “With long life I will satisfy him and show him My salvation” (Psalm 91:16). That means I don’t have to accept premature death, chronic illness, or a life weighed down by misery. My Father’s heart is for me to enjoy a full, satisfying life filled with His peace, joy, and provision.
