I am Approved in Jesus
My Declaration of Faith:
Today, I remind myself of this truth: I am already approved. Before I ever breathed my first breath, God knew me. He saw every part of my life—every high and every low—and still, He chose me. He placed something unique inside of me that no one else carries. I’m not a mistake. I’m not overlooked. I’m not flawed. I am called, equipped, and chosen in Christ.
Even when voices try to tell me I’m not enough, that I don’t belong, that I’m too broken or too different, but I choose not to believe those lies. I remember what God told Jeremiah:
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I set you apart” (Jeremiah 1:5, NIV)
That same God who spoke those words over Jeremiah speaks them over me today. I may have weaknesses, I may have a past, but none of that disqualifies me. God saw it all and still said yes to me. He approves of me not because I’m perfect, but because I’m His.
“Even before he made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in his eyes” (Ephesians 1:4, NLT)
So today, I walk in with approval and acceptance. I don’t need to earn it, I simply receive it. My past is forgiven. My future is secure. And I am more than able, with God by my side, to fulfill the purpose He’s placed within me.
Prayer for Today:
“Father, thank You that You approved me before I was formed in my mother’s womb, and long before I made my first mistake. Thank You for choosing me and loving me despite my weaknesses and shortcomings. I declare that I am going to approve myself and feel good about who I am. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”
