My Declaration of Faith:

There are times in life when everything feels dry. I’m praying, I’m believing, I’m staying faithful, but nothing around me seems to be moving. My health hasn’t improved. My relationships feel distant. My dreams feel stuck in neutral. It’s easy to wonder, “God, are You still with me?”

But even in these barren places, I hold on to the truth that my God does not forsake me. Just like He was with the Israelites in the wilderness after their long exile, He is with me now. They were free but stranded, walking through a desert with no water in sight. Yet God made a promise, and He kept it.

“When the poor and needy search for water and there is none, and their tongues are parched from thirst, then I, the Lord, will answer them. I, the God of Israel, will not forsake them.” (Isaiah 41:17, NLT)

That same God sees me in my dry season. He hears the silent prayers I pray at night. He knows the weight I’m carrying and the hope I’ve been holding onto. And He doesn’t need to change my location to bless me. He can bring provision, healing, and breakthrough right here—in the middle of my valley.

“I will open rivers in high places, and fountains in the midst of the valleys. I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water.” (Isaiah 41:18)

So today, I declare that I trust God to bring water into my desert. I believe fountains of blessing are rising up in places I didn’t expect: new doors, new strength, new joy, new beginnings. Even here, even now, God is making a way. He’s turning barren places into gardens and dry valleys into places of overflow. I may not see it yet, but I know it’s coming. My valley will bloom.

Prayer for Today:

Heavenly Father, thank You that You see me in every dry place, every weary moment, every valley of waiting. I choose to believe Your promise, that You will not forsake me, and You’re already working to bring water into my desert. Let Your rivers of grace, healing, and new beginnings flow into my life today. Surprise me with Your goodness. Let fountains rise where I least expect them. I trust You to bless me right here, even before anything changes. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
