My Declaration of Faith:
Some days, life makes it look like I’m losing: like the sickness, the setback, or the loss has the upper hand. But I’ve learned not to measure God’s faithfulness by my current situation. I don’t have to fight every disappointment or wrestle with every “why.”
“And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and
will preserve me unto his heavenly kingdom:

There are times, as we walk and live our lives, when unexpected and unpredictable things happen. You may feel a lump in your body, and it was diagnosed as a cancerous growth by your doctor. You may have come to work as usual, but you receive an email or a note from your supervisor that you have been laid off.
“Which of you by taking thought can add
one cubit unto his stature?”

Have you ever considered that sometimes, after you pray for a miracle, your mind somehow comes into its own reasoning about how God would answer your prayer? And when He doesn’t answer the way you wanted to, you fall into a spiritual slump, thinking that God did not want to give you the miracle.
