“As the host of heaven cannot be numbered, nor the sand of the sea measured,
so will I multiply the descendants of David My servant and the Levites who minister to Me.”
Jeremiah 33:22
Have you ever looked up at the night sky, mesmerized by the countless stars shining back at you? Each one radiates light from millions of miles away, filling the darkness with beauty. That’s exactly how God sees you—a radiant light shining with the love of Christ.
“Through the tender mercy of our God,
With which the Dayspring from on high has visited us;
To give light to those who sit in darkness and the shadow of death,
To guide our feet into the way of peace.”
Luke 1:78-79
You were never created to live in the dark. When God created Adam, he was brought to life in the light of God’s glory. It was this light that gave him life and a blessed life in the Garden of Eden. Adam was so accustomed to the light of God that the light covered his physical body with the glory of God. But when Adam sinned against God, the light was removed from him, and man has been living in the shadow of darkness from generation to generation.
My Declaration of Faith:
God could have chosen anyone to tell His story, but He chose me. Not because I’m perfect or qualified in my own strength, but because I’ve been redeemed through Jesus Christ. He took my sin on Himself so that I could stand righteous before God.
