Probably the only thing that is dividing the Church of God today isn’t over religion but mainly over denomination. The Pentecostal may think it is uncommon for them to fellowship with the Baptist. The Baptists may think it is weird to hang out with the Catholics. The Catholics may think it is sacrilege to hang around with either of them.
“Are not five sparrows sold for two cents?

There comes a time when we all feel neglected, abandoned, discarded, or forgotten by the people close to us. During these times, we can feel very much alone and vulnerable, thinking that we are worthless.

Religion was never created to free anyone. It was created for the sole purpose of quenching the power of God in your life and keeping people in bondage to religious spirits. That is why Jesus could not perform many miracles when He was in His hometown of Nazareth.
“Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed.
And in Your book they all were written, the days fashioned for me,
when as yet there were none of them.”
Psalm 139:16
Since the beginning of creation, the motive of the devil is to make you think less of yourself than what the Word of God says about you. In the Garden of Eden, the serpent came to Eve and said to the woman, “Has God indeed said, ‘You shall not eat of every tree of the garden’?”

Today, I remind my heart that I don’t have to chase after people’s approval to feel worthy. I don’t have to earn my value through someone else’s kindness, invitation, or applause. Yes, it feels good when others affirm me, but that’s not where my identity is rooted.

There are times in life when everything feels dry. I’m praying, I’m believing, I’m staying faithful, but nothing around me seems to be moving. My health hasn’t improved. My relationships feel distant. My dreams feel stuck in neutral. It’s easy to wonder, “God, are You still with me?”

Today, I remind myself that not every report spoken over my life is the final word. Life hands me different reports: some speak of lack, illness, failure, or delay. A medical diagnosis might say there’s no cure. A financial statement might tell me there’s not enough.
