My Declaration of Faith:
I believe God’s desire for me is not just to live long, but to live well. His Word promises, “With long life I will satisfy him and show him My salvation” (Psalm 91:16). That means I don’t have to accept premature death, chronic illness, or a life weighed down by misery. My Father’s heart is for me to enjoy a full, satisfying life filled with His peace, joy, and provision.
My Declaration of Faith:
I may be in a season of waiting, but I refuse to lose hope. Just because I don’t see things shifting yet doesn’t mean God isn’t working behind the scenes. His Word reminds me, “Patient endurance is what you need now, so that you will continue to do God’s will. Then you will receive all that He has promised.” (Hebrews 10:36)
My Declaration of Faith:
I don’t have to chase after people’s approval to feel whole. People’s opinions can shift like the wind; one day cheering, the next day criticizing. Even Jesus experienced that when the same crowd that cried, “Hosanna! Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!” (John 12:13) later shouted, “Crucify Him!” (Mark 15:13). If I base my worth on what others say, I’ll always be unsettled.
My Declaration of Faith:
In Christ, my deliverance is already complete. At the cross, Jesus broke every chain and silenced the power of darkness over my life. The Word says, “He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love” (Colossians 1:13). That means I don’t have to beg for freedom, because I already have it.
My Declaration of Faith:
I know that in Christ, I was not created for shame, defeat, or lack. I was created to live as a testimony of God’s glory. My life itself is proof that His hand is upon me. Every step I take, every gift I use, and every season I walk through is meant to reveal His power at work in me.
“Whoever can be trusted with small things can also
be trusted with big things.”
Luke 16:10
How you see things determines how you live. We don’t always see life as it truly is—we see it through the lens of our experiences, upbringing, culture, and emotions. Our perspective is shaped by these filters, and they affect the way we interpret everything around us. Two people can be in the same situation, yet one is full of gratitude and joy while the other is frustrated and discouraged. What makes the difference? Their mindset.
“For whatever is born of God overcomes the world.
And this is the victory that has overcome the world – our faith.”
I John 5:4
When trouble comes, how do you respond? Some people immediately panic, imagining the worst possible outcome. Others react with anger, blaming themselves or others for their situation. Some try to take control, analyzing the problem and searching for solutions. Then some remain calm, trusting that things will work out in the end. Which group do you see yourself in when difficulties arise?
My Declaration of Faith:
Today I remind myself: I am not fighting alone. The battles I face: unfair treatment, the setbacks, the closed doors, even the people who may speak against me are not mine to carry. They belong to the Lord. Just like David, who was chased by Saul for no reason other than jealousy, I may feel surrounded at times, but I know where my help comes from.

but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit..”

Each one of us wants to be happy. You are happy when you happen to meet someone special in your life. You are happy when you receive the news that a prominent company wants to hire you. You are happy when you are on vacation. You are happy when you are enjoying your favorite food and drink. You are happy when you get the promotion you always wanted. You are happy when someone gives you a present. However, the state of your happiness is dependent on a positive circumstance that you are experiencing at the moment.
“And Peter answered Him and said, “Lord, if it is You, command me to come to You on the water.
So He said, “Come.” And when Peter had come down out of the boat, he walked on the water to go to Jesus.”
Matthew 14:28-29
Do you ever face a problem that is so big that you wonder how you will ever get out of it? You may have read the Word of God and prayed about that problem a hundred times, but it seems like that problem always gets bigger and bigger. It may be that you have come to the point where you think that God has abandoned you. Let me tell you that God hasn’t left you, so don’t give up or give in to your problem. Don’t allow doubt to enter your heart and steal the power of faith that you have been confessing.
