My Declaration of Faith:
Sometimes I catch myself scrambling to fix everything. I am overthinking, stressing, and trying to fight battles I was never meant to fight. But God doesn’t want me living in a constant state of anxiety or fear.
My Declaration of Faith:
Every day, voices are trying to plant seeds in my mind, telling me I’m not enough, I’m not qualified, or that things will never work out. Sometimes they come from people, sometimes from circumstances, and sometimes from my own thoughts. But I get to choose what takes root in my heart.
“But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself,
so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus,
to testify the gospel of the grace of God.”
Acts 20:24
Do you ever have a desire to finish something that you have started? It could be a painting. It could be a race. It could be a particular project that you are on right now. It could be something like finishing your one-year reading of the entire bible. No matter what that something is, God has created all of His children to be finishers, not quitters.
“And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and
will preserve me unto his heavenly kingdom:
to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen..”
2 Timothy 4:18
There are times, as we walk and live our lives, when unexpected and unpredictable things happen. You may feel a lump in your body, and it was diagnosed as a cancerous growth by your doctor. You may have come to work as usual, but you receive an email or a note from your supervisor that you have been laid off.
“And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works
of darkness, but rather expose them.”
Ephesians 5:11
Is the world around you getting any better today? Is the news you see on TV getting any better? Are the stories you have been reading in the newspapers all over the world getting any better? Is the stuff you see on the internet getting any better? It is not. It will continue to get worse and worse every passing day.
My Declaration of Faith:
Some days, I used to wonder if God’s love for me changed depending on how I performed or whether I got it right or messed it all up. But the truth is, God’s love isn’t moody or conditional. He doesn’t love me more on my good days or less on my bad ones. His love is steady, unshakable, and unconditional.
“Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits.”
Psalm 103:2
Do you believe in coincidences or God incidents happening in your life? A coincidence is something that’s not planned or arranged but seems like it is. The world may put their faith in coincidences when good things happen to them, but as a child of God, you can rest your faith in Him who always has your best interests at heart.
My Declaration of Faith:
Today, I rest in this truth: my life is not random. I’m not here by accident. God, in His wisdom and love, created me with intentional purpose. Nothing about me is meaningless, because every part of my journey matters to Him.

Today, I remind myself: I carry the power and presence of the living God inside me. I’ve spent too long focusing on what’s wrong: on the struggles, the debt, and the daily battles I face. But those things don’t define me. They don’t get the final word.
My Declaration of Faith:
This morning, I rest in these simple, yet powerful words: You chose me. I don’t have to wonder if I’m enough. I don’t need to strive for approval or fear being overlooked. The One who created the heavens and the earth looked at my life, with all its mess, beauty, and unknowns, and said, “I want you.”
