My Declaration of Faith:

This morning, I rest in these simple, yet powerful words: You chose me. I don’t have to wonder if I’m enough. I don’t need to strive for approval or fear being overlooked. The One who created the heavens and the earth looked at my life, with all its mess, beauty, and unknowns, and said, “I want you.”

That truth washes over the pain of every past rejection. Where others have walked away, God drew near. When I’ve questioned my worth or doubted my calling, His voice has gently reminded me: “You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit…” (John 15:16)

Even before the world began, He had me on His heart. “He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before Him. In love…” (Ephesians 1:4 ESV). That kind of love goes beyond human understanding.

God didn’t choose me because I’ve got it all together, and He didn’t reject me because I don’t. He chose me, knowing everything: my fears, my failures, and my future. He chose me because He loves me. That’s it. And that’s enough.

So today, I declare with confidence: God chose me! I’m not here by accident. I’m not invisible. I’m not too late or too broken. I am seen, wanted, called, and deeply loved by my Father in heaven.

Prayer for Today:
Father, thank You for choosing me, not because of anything I’ve done, but simply because You love me. Help me live today grounded in that truth. When I feel uncertain or overlooked, remind me that I am Yours. Let Your choice anchor my heart in confidence and peace. I belong to You, and that changes everything. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
