My Declaration of Faith:
Some days, I used to wonder if God’s love for me changed depending on how I performed or whether I got it right or messed it all up. But the truth is, God’s love isn’t moody or conditional. He doesn’t love me more on my good days or less on my bad ones. His love is steady, unshakable, and unconditional.
My Declaration of Faith:
Today, I remind my soul: my Father’s heart is full of love toward me, always. His grace isn’t based on how well I perform or how “pure” my intentions are. Just like the prodigal son, I’ve had moments when I came back to God not out of love, but because I was empty, desperate, and hungry. And still, He ran toward me.
My Declaration of Faith:
This morning, I rest in these simple, yet powerful words: You chose me. I don’t have to wonder if I’m enough. I don’t need to strive for approval or fear being overlooked. The One who created the heavens and the earth looked at my life, with all its mess, beauty, and unknowns, and said, “I want you.”
My Declaration of Faith:
Today, I remind my soul of something deeply personal and true: I am loved by my Father, my Abba, my Daddy God. I don’t have to earn His love, strive for His approval, or fear His judgment.

There will be times when people will mistreat you. People who you think are your friends may reject you. Family members may even look down on you or take advantage of you. You don’t have to allow their negative sentiment against you to take away who you already are.
“But you, Lord, are a compassionate and gracious God,
slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness.”
Psalm 86:15
I am sure if you can count all the bad decisions you have ever made in your life, you will say there are too many of them. Many of those bad choices that you have made in the past may cause you to live with regrets, emotional scars, and disappointments. You may even blame yourself for making those bad decisions, entering into that destructive relationship, or accepting that bad investment offer.

And in Your book they all were written, the days fashioned for me,
when as yet there were none of them.”

Since the beginning of creation, the motive of the devil is to make you think less of yourself than what the Word of God says about you. In the Garden of Eden, the serpent came to Eve and said to the woman, “Has God indeed said, ‘You shall not eat of every tree of the garden’?”
My Declaration of Faith:
Today, I remind my heart that I don’t have to chase after people’s approval to feel worthy. I don’t have to earn my value through someone else’s kindness, invitation, or applause. Yes, it feels good when others affirm me, but that’s not where my identity is rooted.
“But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and was filled with compassion for him.”

We all can remember the times we have messed up. When we fall short, hurt someone knowingly, and even sin intentionally. In our failures, our conscience is always ready to condemn us and fill our minds with guilt and shame.
