My Daddy God Loves and Cares for Me

My Declaration of Faith:

Today, I remind my soul of something deeply personal and true: I am loved by my Father, my Abba, my Daddy God. I don’t have to earn His love, strive for His approval, or fear His judgment. I’ve been adopted into His family through Jesus, and the Spirit within me cries out, “Abba, Father!” (Romans 8:15). That’s not just a title, it’s a relationship. He’s not a distant God; I get to call Him “Daddy.”

In His arms, I am safe. In His presence, I am fully known and completely loved. When life feels overwhelming or when I feel like I’ve messed up, I don’t have to run from God. I run to Him. I don’t need fancy words. Sometimes, all I can say is, “Daddy, help me!” and that’s more than enough.

He’s not waiting to scold me. He’s waiting to hold me. So today, I let go of fear. I let go of guilt. I let go of the lie that I’m alone or not good enough. I believe the truth of 1 John 3:1: “See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are!”

I am not an orphan. I am not forgotten. I am not fatherless. I am a cherished child of the Most High God. And He’s not just my God, He’s my loving Daddy who knows how to take care of me.

Prayer for Today:

Abba Father, thank You for loving me so deeply and unconditionally. Thank You for calling me Your child and welcoming me into Your arms, just as I am. When I’m weak, remind me that I can always cry out to You, not as a judge, but as my Daddy. Wrap me in Your love today. Let it calm my heart, settle my thoughts, and carry me through whatever comes. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
