Greater Is the God in Me
My Declaration of Faith:
Today, I remind myself: I carry the power and presence of the living God inside me. I’ve spent too long focusing on what’s wrong: on the struggles, the debt, and the daily battles I face. But those things don’t define me. They don’t get the final word.
It’s time to shift my perspective. I choose to magnify the greatness of my God instead of magnifying my problems. God has placed strength, purpose, and victory within me. The addiction doesn’t get to win. The fear doesn’t get to rule. The mountain in front of me isn’t greater than the One who lives within me.
“You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.” (1 John 4:4)
I am not alone in this fight. I am favored. I am equipped. I am empowered by the Spirit of the Most High God. What comes against me may look strong, but I am stronger because God is in me. Giants fall. Chains break. Doors open. Not because of me, but because of Him. “If God is for us, who can be against us?” (Romans 8:31)
Prayer for Today:
Father, thank You for being greater than anything I face. You are my provider, my healer, my defender, and my peace. Forgive me for the times I’ve made my problems bigger than You. Today, I choose to lift my eyes and magnify Your name. Help me walk in the confidence that comes from knowing You live in me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
