My Declaration of Faith:

When I think of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego standing in that blazing furnace (Daniel 3), I’m reminded that even the hottest fire could not consume them, because God Himself was with them. The fourth man in the fire was their shield, their covering, their protection. What was meant to destroy them only became a testimony of God’s power.

I may not be facing literal flames today, but I know what it feels like to walk through trials that seem overwhelming. At times, the pressure looks bigger than me, the problems feel stronger than me, and the future seems uncertain. Yet I hold onto this truth: “If God is for us, who can be against us?” (Romans 8:31). No battle, no sickness, no addiction, no fear has the final word over me, because my God is greater.

Even when I cannot see Him, I know He is with me. His Word says, “You are my hiding place; You will protect me from trouble and surround me with songs of deliverance” (Psalm 32:7). That means I am not just standing in the fire, but I am surrounded by grace, covered in His presence, and upheld by His strength.

So today, I choose to stand with confidence. What looks like it could break me will not destroy me. What the enemy meant for harm, God will turn for my good. I declare that my story doesn’t end in the fire; my story ends in victory.

Prayer for Today:

Father, thank You that no matter what I face, I am surrounded by Your grace and covered by Your protection. Thank You that You walk with me in every fire, and that You have already declared victory over my life. I rest in the truth that You are greater than anything that comes against me. Today, I stand in peace, trusting Your presence and power. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
